Time to talk day, but also time to ask if you’re ok?

#timetotalkday 1 in 4 of us is suffering with mental health and anxiety issues, many are suffering in silence, as they don’t have someone to talk to. If you are suffering in silence, take a deep breath and find time to talk to your partner, close friend, it’s not easy, but once you have opened up, that pressure valve eases. If you are a friend, and you’ve noticed someone close not socialising like they used to, avoiding going out, stopped a hobby, stopped the regular exercise they loved, this could be a sign. It’s good to talk and today awareness is being raised, but don’t stop talking and listening tomorrow
