Changes to driving test cancellations

Update on changing rules for cancellation of your driving test. In order to rebook and not lose your booking fee, you will now have to give the DVSA ten working days notice of your intention to cancel, otherwise you will not be able to rebook and will lose your booking fee.

This is great news, it will help those needing tests, as there will be a greater notice period of cancellations, allowing people a greater chance to fill these with those students who are ready. It's a start!
