Coaching not instructing is the name of the game

Now I wasn’t aware of Ned’s Aspergers, but I’m convinced that coaching rather than instructing, means that whatever a particular student’s needs are, if you adapt your style and dissemination of information in a way that suits each student, then you can make a real difference to them.
