Now I wasn’t aware of Ned’s Aspergers, but I’m convinced that coaching rather than instructing, means that whatever a particular student’s needs are, if you adapt your style and dissemination of information in a way that suits each student, then you can make a real difference to them. Listen, watch, understand and adapt= confident, calm, self assured and considerate driver
