Portsmouth test centre, 27th November 2025 onwards

Tests in Portsmouth will now start from Portsmouth Marriott Hotel, a temporary location for the next six months or so.

Portsmouth Marriott Hotel, Southampton Rd, Cosham, Portsmouth PO6 4SH

On arrival enter into main carpark and follow around to left and then bare right and you will see 13 spaces marked out for tests. Cars should reverse parked into these spaces.

PEASE NOT PARENTS OR INSTRUCTORS SHOULD PARK CARS ON ARRIVAL AND NOT THE STUDENT

Head to the main reception and register your cars registration at the reception desk to avoid receiving a parking fine!

Students will then need to go to the cafe where they will meet their examiners and be taken out to their cars. Be aware that parking manoeuvres on the test will NOT be done at the hotel, so please do not practice at the hotel as you risk receiving a parking fine.

Instructors, please note that if you are caught practicing at the hotel or using the reserved spaces to practice, you will be fined by the hotel.
